All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use courier service. We ship everything within 24-48 hours. Forever New offers free shipping on all orders within India, however
Kindly note that COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, please contact our customer care.
Please note we do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.

Yes. We can deliver to your workplace. Just include your company name and address when completing the delivery details.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also request a SMS to be sent to you via your mobile on the checkout pages. You will also be able to view the status of your order online, along with tracking details, when you log into your account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after confirmation of order. It would normally take between 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered by our courier partner.

Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.
