Milestone vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Automated communication is sent to all the shoppers who successfully attain a certain slab. An automated communication will be sent out 30 days prior to the lapse of a milestone slab to the registered shopper.
Birthday vouchers are issued to every member whose birthday is registered with us and a voucher will be triggered through SMS, 15 days in advance from their birth date. Also, an automated communication will be sent out 3 days prior to the lapse of a Birthday voucher to the registered shopper.
Anniversary vouchers are issued to every member whose Anniversary is registered with us and a voucher will be triggered through SMS.
Validity of Welcome Voucher will be 90 days from the date of issuance and will be issued to members 1 week post first transaction date.
At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. However, if you change your mind later on, we have different policies for online & offline purchases.
Vouchers once used cannot be reversed or marked as unused. The actual amount paid by you during the invoicing will be adjusted against the credit note (in case of an Offline transaction) and Wallet (in case of an Online transaction).
