1. What is Forever New Allure Loyalty Program?

'Forever New Allure' is a loyalty program designed exclusively for all Forever New loyal customers. The program membership entitles you to various rewards and privileges. This milestone program does not require you to carry any loyalty card in your wallet. All you have to do is-

• Register your mobile number once with us to be a part of the Forever New Allure program.
• At the time of billing, share your mobile number at the billing desk (POS) or on the brand website to accumulate and redeem loyalty vouchers every time you shop with us.

2. Who can become a member of the program?

Membership is open to all individuals who are residents of India and are aged 18 years or above. One can enroll in the program through any transaction done offline or online (on our website).

3. I already have an account on the Forever New Online portal; do I need to still join the Forever New Allure program?

you need to access the terms and conditions to be entitled to Forever New Allure program benefits.

4. What are the benefits of the Forever New Allure Program?

Every time you shop with Forever New, you become eligible to win gift vouchers basis on your transaction value. You can redeem these vouchers in your next purchase and the value will be adjusted in the bill invoice.

Yes, you can shop from any Forever New Outlet and can get Gift Vouchers basis on your transaction value.

7. Can I shop from the Forever New website and get reward vouchers?

8. How many vouchers can I get and on what transaction value?

You will get a Welcome voucher on becoming a member of Forever New Allure, followed by 7 Milestone Vouchers, and a Birthday/Anniversary Voucher. Vouchers denomination with transaction value is given in the below table.

9. How can I redeem the Voucher?

If you’re shopping online and wish to redeem a reward, simply punch in the voucher code during the payment stage, and your discount will be applied automatically. If you’re shopping in-store and wish to redeem a reward, simply inform the sales assistant at the sales counter and share your voucher code before billing, they will apply the desired reward to your transaction value to apply the discount.

10. If I have earned the first milestone, at what time will I get the voucher?

The Milestone voucher will be issued post 15 days of the transaction in case of offline and 21 days in case of online purchases.

11. I have shopped with Forever New but have not received the voucher?

In case you do not receive your voucher within 21 days from the date of invoicing, kindly contact the Forever New Store Manager or write to us at wecare@forevernew.in

12. If I am registered as a Forever New Allure member offline, will I get the benefits of shopping online as a guest member?

Yes, you will get the benefits of the program even if you make an online transaction as a guest member.

13. What is the validity of the vouchers?

Milestone vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Automated communication is sent to all the shoppers who successfully attain a certain slab. An automated communication will be sent out 30 days prior to the lapse of a milestone slab to the registered shopper.

Birthday vouchers are issued to every member whose birthday is registered with us and a voucher will be triggered through SMS, 15 days in advance from their birth date. Also, an automated communication will be sent out 3 days prior to the lapse of a Birthday voucher to the registered shopper.

Anniversary vouchers are issued to every member whose Anniversary is registered with us and a voucher will be triggered through SMS.

Validity of Welcome Voucher will be 90 days from the date of issuance and will be issued to members 1 week post first transaction date.

14. What is Forever New Allure's return policy?

At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. However, if you change your mind later on, we have different policies for online & offline purchases.

• In case of online purchase, we will refund the amount on 21 days in the form of FN Credits, which get credited to your Forever New online account once the online return request and process have been completed.
• In case of Offline purchase, we will refund the amount in 15 days, in the form of a credit note, which gets debited from your Lifetime Transaction Value once offline return request and process have been completed.

15. In event of a return, what happens to the earned & redeemed vouchers?

Vouchers once used cannot be reversed or marked as unused. The actual amount paid by you during the invoicing will be adjusted against the credit note (in case of an Offline transaction) and Wallet (in case of an Online transaction).

16. Will I receive a physical voucher card?

No, You will receive the voucher via SMS on your registered mobile number.

17. My voucher shows up as invalid. What should I do?

In case the voucher shows up as invalid, kindly contact the Forever New Store Manager or write to us at wecare@forevernew.in

18. I am unable to find the SMS I received with the voucher. What should I do?

If your voucher gets lost, kindly contact the Forever New Store Manager or write to us at wecare@forevernew.in

19. How many vouchers can I use in one transaction?

You can only use One voucher in a single invoice.

• Milestone vouchers are applicable on full price and markdown discounted items.
• Birthday + Anniversary + Welcome vouchers are applicable on full-price items only. (e.g.: Milestone + Birthday or any other coupon given to you cannot be clubbed together).

20. Can I use a Voucher partially? For example, if I have Rs. 1000 Voucher, can I use it 2 times for Rs. 400 and Rs. 600 respectively?

No, a single voucher is applicable for a single purchase only, it cannot be used partially

21. What if I do not receive my voucher?

In case you do not receive your voucher within 21 days from the date of invoicing, kindly contact the Forever New Store Manager or write to us at wecare@forevernew.in.

24. How can I redeem my Birthday and Anniversary vouchers?

• Birthday Voucher (Gift Voucher of INR 1000) - This is issued 15 days before your birthday and is valid for 1 month. It can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of INR 3000 on Fresh Merchandise.
• Anniversary Voucher (Gift Voucher of INR 1000) - This is issued 15 days before your anniversary and is valid for 1 month. It can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of INR 3000 on Fresh Merchandise.
